Program Manager

Audrey Jarrell joined ASSURE (The Alliance for System Safety of UAS through Research Excellence) in March of 2023 as a Program Coordinator.  In 2025, Audrey transitioned to the Program Manager role. She is responsible for ensuring the completion and performance of ASSURE research projects.

Audrey received her Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in Astronautics from Mississippi State University, where she studied the application of commercial off-the-shelf cameras for forest fire detection from a variety of aircraft. Before joining ASSURE, Audrey worked at Mississippi State University’s Raspet Flight Research Laboratory, where she helped to support many of the ASSURE research efforts, including developing UAS curriculum for first responders under ASSUREd Safe. Audrey holds a Part 107 certification and is currently working on her Private Pilot License.
